Prime Step Realty is a real-estate consultancy that facilitates the sale and purchase of resale residential properties in Greater Noida, including apartments, independent villas and plots within established townships such as Jaypee Greens, Migsun, SKA, Unitech and Purvanchal. Our services include property advisory, curated listings, site visits, price negotiation support, home-loan facilitation and assistance with documentation and registration.
All properties are offered on a resale basis and remain subject to availability. Listings, configurations and prices may change or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice, as resale inventory is owned by individual sellers.

Prime Step Realty operates in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA”) and applicable Uttar Pradesh RERA regulations.
